Each of the staff and board members of Northumberland Workforce Housing program brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. With the same goal in mind, striving to build housing options for the workforce within Northumberland County, our members also bring a deep understanding to the issue and a drive to make a difference. Working together and collaborating with our community we will work together to create opportunities for our workforce to thrive in the community as home-owners.
Adrian Pepper
CEO
Adrian Pepper is the CEO of Northumberland Workforce Housing Corporation and is a Licensed Realtor in Cobourg and has over 10+ years experience both as an agent & investor with respect to rental housing, rental dwelling development, Land Development & Land Use Planning. Adrian holds a Diploma in Business Marketing from Mohawk College and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Western Sydney in Business & Commerce.
Matthew Nitsch
CFO
Matthew Nitsch is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and the Director of Finance/Treasurer for Northumberland County. He has 20 years of experience in financial roles in municipal government and in the manufacturing sector.
Dwayne Campbell
Board Member
Dwayne Campbell is a professional land use planner and the Chief Planner with Northumberland County. Dwayne’s work experience offers a unique perspective to foster non-market housing growth in the community.
T.J. Flynn
Board Member
T.J. is currently the Investment Attraction Officer for Northumberland County and serves as the Ontario East Economic Development Council Vice President and Treasurer. T.J. also serves as a Founding Board member of Northumberland County Community Development Initiatives Corporation, as well Board Chair for Northumberland County Habitat for Humanity. T.J. brings over 30 years’ experience in the private and public sectors in sales, marketing & economic development.
Jennifer Moore
Board Member
For over 25 years, Jennifer Moore has applied her strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and big picture problem solving skills to enhance the private and public sector organizations with which she has worked. In 2015, Ms. Moore was named Acting Chief Administrative Officer for Northumberland County, and soon after Council appointed her as permanent CAO. Ms. Moore is active in her community, engaging as a Rotarian and currently volunteering as a Board member with the Northumberland Family Health Team, Northumberland County Housing Corporation and Loyalist College.
